Born in the summer of 2010 in North Lincolnshire, SKARLETT RIOT are a brazen four-piece female fronted Hard rock unit with balls, who deliver irresistible melodies, topped with face-melting hooks. Shared the stage with bands such as; Taking Dawn, Deaf Havana, Forever Never, Francesqa, and Glamour Of The Kill, have also received broad radio play from Kerrang!, BBC, Total Rock, Total Biker FM. Their new EP "Villain", released March 19th, has already received glowing accolades from Big Cheese Magazine, Rocksound to Powerplay, Kerrang, and the music video for "Villain" is now storming the internet worldwide with over 6,000 views on Blank TV within 2 weeks. Frontwoman, Skarlett picked up a Ravelle Elite in Black Cherry fitted with the Fernandes Sustainer for upcoming performances.
Up and coming tour dates include: March 30th - Leeds Empire, April 6th - Gasworks - Bradford (Supporting Ben Christo from Sisters Of Mercy's band Night By Night), April 18th - Grimsby Yardbirds - Supporting Breed 77. Skarlett Riot have UK tour plans for August which are awaiting announcement! The band will be looking to tour worldwide early 2013, infecting the nation with their infectious hooks!
