Dispatcharr

Dispatcharr is a free, open-source, self-hosted application for managing IPTV streams, electronic program guide (EPG) data, video-on-demand libraries, DVR recordings, users and media-server integrations from a single interface. It is designed to turn scattered IPTV sources into one organized, reliable system that other clients and media servers can connect to.

The project is released under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) and developed openly on GitHub by its community of contributors. It is typically deployed with Docker and runs on Linux, Windows or macOS, and the download provided here is the tagged v0.27.1 source archive from the official repository.

Dispatcharr imports M3U playlists and Xtream Codes accounts, organizes channels with numbers, groups, logos and TVG IDs, and handles EPG matching and XMLTV export. It provides stream and output profiles, transcoding, one-time and recurring DVR recordings, automatic failover streams, real-time statistics, VOD management, plus plugins, webhooks and API access.

Because it is self-hosted, all data and streams stay on the user's own server rather than a third-party service, and access can be restricted with user roles, stream limits and allowed-IP rules. It exposes M3U, XMLTV, Xtream Codes-compatible and HDHomeRun-style outputs for broad client compatibility.
