PNGTuber Plus

PNGTuber Plus is a desktop application for building animated 2D avatars from ordinary transparent PNG artwork. It is aimed at streamers, VTubers and artists who want an on-screen character that reacts to their microphone, importing separate PNG sprites and turning them into a speaking, blinking avatar without a webcam or facial tracking.

The application is free and cross-platform, created by the developer kaiakairos and originally published on itch.io. It is distributed as self-contained downloads for Windows, macOS and Linux, so creators can build and run avatars entirely on their own computer.

PNGTuber Plus offers microphone-reactive speaking, automatic blinking, sprite-sheet frame animation, and sine-wave idle motion for breathing and swaying. It adds bounce, jiggle and drag physics, sprite attachment for connected movement, costume switching and hotkeys, and lets users replace artwork without rebuilding the avatar or save and share complete setups.
